About the Role
7-Eleven is looking for a store team member to join its Nanaimo, British Columbia location. This is an entry-level retail position designed to fit a variety of schedules. The role is centered on delivering a positive customer experience while helping keep the store running smoothly.
As part of a store crew, you will handle cash, process fuel transactions, maintain cleanliness, and keep shelves stocked. Depending on the location and assignment, some shifts may also involve food preparation and following food safety standards. The work environment emphasizes teamwork, customer interaction, and day-to-day problem solving.

Compensation and Benefits
The posted hourly pay range is $18.00 to $24.12. Additional compensation and benefits may be available at the company’s discretion and may vary by location and eligibility.

Key Duties
- Provide friendly, reliable service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers at all times.
- Prepare and present food items properly, including making coffee and other customer favorites.
- Accurately handle cash, fuel sales, and loyalty program promotions.
- Follow health and safety guidelines in all food-related tasks.
- Manage multiple tasks while standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
