Role Overview

This is an entry-level retail sales associate position designed to offer flexible scheduling. The work typically includes handling cash, processing fuel-related transactions, keeping the store clean, and restocking products. In some foodservice-focused roles, duties may also include preparing food and following food safety standards. A friendly store environment and regular customer interaction are part of the experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions accurately, including cash and fuel payments.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers at all times.
• Stock merchandise and support general store upkeep.
• Prepare and present food properly where foodservice duties apply.
• Make beverages such as coffee as part of foodservice tasks.
• Deliver service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Promote the rewards and loyalty program effectively.
• Follow all applicable health and safety guidelines.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service is helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a store team.
• Comfort with repeated physical activity and multitasking.
• Ability to maintain proper food handling and health code compliance when applicable.
• Commitment to accuracy in cash and fuel transactions.
