About POWERTECH

POWERTECH focuses on propulsion technology and serves as a specialist center for the design, engineering, and production of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines. Its work supports a broad set of aerospace, defence, and autonomous uses, including fixed-wing and rotary-wing UAVs as well as other advanced systems.

Role Summary

The Store Keeper will take charge of receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling materials and equipment while keeping inventory records accurate and supporting smooth warehouse operations for Powertech’s day-to-day activities and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept incoming materials, check them carefully, and confirm they match the delivery documents and purchase orders.
  • Carry out the required system postings for inbound, outbound, and planned transactions.
  • Store, label, and preserve materials correctly in line with product requirements and HSE expectations.
  • Prevent overcrowding in storage locations and help maintain a safe warehouse environment.
  • Keep data entry accurate and completed on time.
  • Assist with the full warehousing and logistics cycle, including inbound handling, inspection, receiving, put-away, picking, material issue, shipment preparation, system updates, and reporting.
  • Track stock levels and support physical stock verification.
  • Release materials only against approved requests and keep transaction records up to date.
  • Maintain inventory information accurately in SAP or another warehouse management system.
  • Take part in regular stock checks, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory exercises.
  • Spot and report any items that are damaged, expired, or no longer usable.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
  • Work with procurement, logistics, and project teams to confirm material availability.
  • Provide inventory records and supporting documents during audits whenever needed.
  • Follow company procedures, quality expectations, and HSE rules.

Requirements

  • Diploma or high school qualification; a technical or logistics background is preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working as a Store Keeper or Warehouse Assistant, ideally in industrial, aerospace, defence, manufacturing, or power-related environments.
  • Practical experience with SAP or similar inventory control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory tracking and documentation practices.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in SAP and MS Excel.
  • Careful attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Ability to manage materials safely and efficiently.
  • Team-focused attitude with solid communication skills.
