Role overview

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Store Keeper to join its Dubai team. The position is suited to someone who can keep inventory in order, maintain precise stock documentation, and manage the storage and release of office materials and supplies so day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Accept deliveries of inventory, office supplies, and other materials, then check and log them accurately.
  • Keep stock registers and inventory systems updated with correct information at all times.
  • Arrange items in a secure, tidy, and logical storage layout.
  • Track stock availability and flag shortages or items that need replenishment.
  • Distribute materials and supplies to departments only against approved requests.
  • Support periodic stocktaking and help with inventory audits.
  • Maintain complete records for stock receipts, issues, and dispatches.
  • Keep the storage area clean, safe, and well organized.
  • Work with procurement and administrative staff on inventory needs and stock planning.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; any extra training in inventory management is considered a plus.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Assistant, or in a similar position.
  • Working knowledge of inventory control methods and stock handling practices.
  • Comfort using MS Office tools and inventory tracking software.
  • Strong habits around organization and record maintenance.
  • Good verbal and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
