What you will do
You will be responsible for the overall performance of one store. Work environment and physical demands
The role is performed in a fast-moving restaurant setting where temperatures can be high, steam and food vapors are present, and the workspace may be tight. Employees are expected to remain on their feet for long periods, prepare both hot and cold food items, use a Chinese chef knife and other kitchen tools, and work accurately at speed. The job may require lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch counters to serve guests. Noise levels are typically high, shelving can be elevated, and storage space is limited. Strong verbal communication, adaptability to shifting priorities, and the ability to manage conflict professionally are important.
