Store Manager

Overview

eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is hiring a Store Manager for its Retail Stores team in Riyadh. This role is focused on leading store people operations, driving performance, and supporting profitability and service excellence across daily store activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop store employees to build strong engagement and consistently high performance.
• Apply HR policies in a fair and compliant manner across attendance, leave management, and disciplinary matters.
• Handle performance management by addressing underperformance and encouraging long-term career development.
• Make sure every team member completes onboarding and receives continuous training.
• Drive participation in employee engagement initiatives and survey activities.
• Build yearly headcount plans based on sales expectations, footfall, and store budget, then submit them for Central Operations approval.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a similar discipline is required.
• Applicants should have 8 to 10 years of progressive retail experience, with 3 to 5 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in improving store profitability and meeting sales and service KPIs is important.
• Strong capability in leadership, workforce planning, and employee development is needed.
• Background in business planning, reporting, and financial decision-making is expected.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Arabic and English are necessary.
• Advanced understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and compliance requirements is essential.
