Role overview

Dealz is looking for a Store Manager to join the Ballina, County Mayo store. In this position, you will steer the team, keep standards high, and make sure customers receive an excellent shopping experience every day.

You will take ownership of the store’s overall results, with responsibility for sales growth, target delivery, and smooth day-to-day running. The role covers people leadership, colleague development, stock oversight, customer service, and operational control in a lively retail setting.

A major part of the job is creating a safe and supportive environment for both customers and colleagues. You will set the tone through your own behaviour, follow company policies and processes, and help build a positive team culture where people can do their best work.

What this role involves

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can motivate others, think commercially, and stay adaptable in a fast-moving store environment. Retail management experience is essential, along with strong leadership capability, a solid commercial approach, and confidence using data to improve performance.
