Gino's Gelato is hiring a Store Manager for its Killarney location. The business is a nationwide gelato chain that is expanding steadily, and this role suits a customer-oriented professional who enjoys leading people and working in a busy retail environment. The chosen candidate will oversee both stores with support from an assistant manager. A strong background in food retail management is essential, along with a genuine focus on service, teamwork, and day-to-day store performance.
Key duties
- Take responsibility for the overall running and performance of the stores.
- Deliver against store KPIs, including stock control, wage management, rostering, secret shopper results, training, and customer service targets.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of customer care across the team.
- Organize, prioritize, and delegate workloads effectively.
- Handle recruitment, staff scheduling, and performance management.
- Encourage a culture of ongoing improvement within the team.
- Ensure the store remains clean, well merchandised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Present products attractively and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a retail store is required.
