Key duties

• Take responsibility for the overall running and performance of the stores.
• Deliver against store KPIs, including stock control, wage management, rostering, secret shopper results, training, and customer service targets.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of customer care across the team.
• Organize, prioritize, and delegate workloads effectively.
• Handle recruitment, staff scheduling, and performance management.
• Encourage a culture of ongoing improvement within the team.
• Ensure the store remains clean, well merchandised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Present products attractively and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a retail store is required.
