Following the onboarding of a new customer, the company is hiring capable Storepeople for its East Tamaki team. The workplace is described as open, trustworthy, and respectful, with a strong team culture.

Key Duties

• Accurately pick, pack, and send out customer orders in an efficient manner.
• Get goods ready for dispatch by packing them securely and adding the required labels and tickets.
• Accept inbound stock, process it, and put it away safely, including operating a forkhoist where needed.
• Support stock accuracy through cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Carry out warehouse administration and other related tasks as required.

What the Role Calls For

• Hands-on background in picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
• Forklift certification for High Reach and/or Counterbalance is an advantage.
• Good understanding of stock control and warehouse operating practices.
• Strong eye for detail and a consistent focus on speed and accuracy.
• Collaborative approach with a strong customer service mindset.
• Comfort using basic computer tools and warehouse systems, with WMS experience preferred.
