Job description
About the Company
Truckline supplies dependable aftermarket and original-equipment parts to Australia’s heavy vehicle sector. Backed by more than 70 years in the market and operating within Bapcor Ltd, the business is part of a major Asia Pacific network focused on vehicle parts, accessories, and related services.
The team follows four core values: caring deeply about the work, supporting one another, getting tasks completed, and choosing the right course of action.
Role Overview
Truckline is seeking a practical, dependable Storeperson / Driver to join its Brendale operation. The position combines warehouse duties with occasional local driving tasks.
This is an active, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, team collaboration, and the stability of a long-term full-time opportunity.
Key Duties
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Unload incoming goods and place stock into the correct locations
- Keep the warehouse tidy, orderly, and safe
- Support stock management and inventory tracking
- Carry out occasional local deliveries to customers
- Use warehouse equipment when authorised and licensed to do so
- Work with the wider team to maintain smooth daily operations
About You
The company is placing more emphasis on reliability, attitude, and commitment than on having the perfect background.
You should ideally bring a current driver’s licence, a dependable work ethic, good physical fitness for manual handling, a cooperative approach, and the ability to follow safety rules and procedures. Being able to work on your own initiative is also important.
Experience in warehouse work, delivery driving, labouring, or trade-related environments is considered advantageous, as is holding a forklift licence or being willing to obtain one.
What’s on Offer
This is a stable full-time role with a national employer, offering a competitive salary plus a branch incentive program.
You can also expect training and development support, including potential pathways into Parts Interpreter positions, employee discounts across the Bapcor Group, a supportive workplace, strong safety standards, and opportunities for long-term career progression.
Additional Information
Bapcor employs close to 5,000 people across more than 1,000 locations and is a major name in the automotive aftermarket. Truckline focuses on building skilled teams, delivering strong customer service, and supporting employees who want to grow their careers over time.
