Role Overview

This position is for an experienced Strategy Manager who can drive strategic planning efforts and contribute to executive decision-making. The role focuses on building business strategies, assessing market possibilities, and leading cross-functional efforts that strengthen performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and implement business strategy and long-term planning programs.
  • Analyze markets, review competitors, and carry out industry research.
  • Spot growth opportunities, business risks, and priority strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to keep objectives aligned.
  • Build business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
  • Track company performance and monitor important strategy KPIs.
  • Support transformation projects, operational improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Create presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion options.
  • Ensure strategy is translated into execution across departments.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or corporate development.
  • Preferably 2 or more years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Strong capability in analysis, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, business analysis, and strategic planning tools or frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to understand complex information and turn it into practical recommendations.
  • Well-developed project management and organizational skills.
  • Background in fast-moving environments or consulting is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
