Job description
About the role
Scandit builds technology that helps teams work faster and smarter by automating workflows and surfacing actionable insights for industries such as delivery, healthcare, and retail. The company is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager to strengthen execution across major enterprise-wide initiatives. In this position, you will partner with senior leaders to turn strategic priorities into practical action, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex work that spans multiple functions.
This role sits at the crossroads of strategy and delivery. You will assess growth opportunities, lead important company-wide programs, and help drive decisions that shape Scandit’s future. Reporting to the VP Strategy & Chief of Staff, you will combine strategic judgement with strong hands-on execution.
What you will do
- Lead high-priority initiatives that need dedicated attention, coordinated execution, and cross-functional alignment, including areas such as M&A integration and organisational change.
- Act as the execution lead for selected strategic programs, ensuring disciplined project management and clear stakeholder alignment.
- Assess market opportunities to support growth strategy decisions and help guide business development efforts into new markets.
- Run cross-functional evaluation processes for strategic opportunities such as partnerships and acquisitions, working closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and other teams.
- Bring together insights and guide strategic discussions within the company’s strategy process so ideas progress into decisions.
- Create frameworks and playbooks that can be reused for future expansion and transformation initiatives.
- When time allows, support the Chief of Staff function by improving leadership operating rhythms, building an organisational playbook, and identifying legacy programs that can be simplified or retired.
Who you are
- You bring 2–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or chief of staff-type roles.
- You have a strong record of taking complex, cross-functional projects from idea to completion.
- You are highly analytical and make sound judgements, with the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
- You are comfortable facilitating senior-level conversations and building alignment across stakeholders.
- You communicate clearly and concisely in both written and spoken English.
- You have experience with M&A due diligence and post-merger integration.
- You naturally look for patterns, build processes, and design reusable frameworks.
- You can operate both strategically and tactically, moving easily between big-picture thinking and detailed delivery.
- You work with a high level of ownership, initiative, and humility.
- You can quickly earn trust with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Experience in a fast-growing technology company or scale-up will be a plus.
