Structure Coordinator

Role Overview

This position is for a Structure Coordinator to support and drive sizable civil and structural projects in Paya Lebar, Singapore. The role focuses on keeping project delivery aligned with schedule, budget, and quality expectations while ensuring strong coordination across all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee major civil and structural assignments so that work is finished on schedule, stays within budget, and meets the expected quality level.
• Manage coordination among internal project teams, main contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare, roll out, and monitor project plans, timelines, and financial plans.
• Control project expenditure and allocate resources appropriately, including materials, tools, machinery, and manpower.
• Make sure the necessary resources are in place and used efficiently to support project milestones and deadlines.
• Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities to secure required permits, clearances, and approvals.

Requirements

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with proven exposure to project coordination and management.
• Strong capability in handling project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
• Well-developed skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource control.
• Careful attention to detail, especially when checking technical documents and compliance matters.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues early, with a strong focus on meeting project targets and deadlines.
