Job Details

• Work schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Expected start: July 2026
• Pay rate: $40 to $48 per hour, based on experience
• This is a long-term role
• Petrol support is included

Role Overview

This position is largely focused on caring for the youngest child, who is currently 9 months old, while also supporting the two older children before and after school. The role is practical and varied, combining childcare, routine support, and light household assistance.

Key Duties

• Provide full daytime care for the 9-month-old, including age-appropriate play, outings, and social interaction
• Take the youngest child to extracurricular activities and other outings
• Prepare healthy meals at home
• Manage laundry and keep shared areas tidy
• Support homework routines for the eldest child
• Promote independence, free play, and calm, consistent boundaries for all three children

Requirements

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Valid National Police Check
• At least 3 years of experience working with children
