This household is a busy, well-run family of five who have lived in Subiaco for close to three years. They have three children aged 6 years, 4 years, and 9 months, and value time outdoors, meaningful family connection, and a peaceful home atmosphere. They are seeking a skilled nanny who can become a dependable, long-term part of the family’s everyday life.
Job Details
- Work schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Expected start: July 2026
- Pay rate: $40 to $48 per hour, based on experience
- This is a long-term role
- Petrol support is included
Role Overview
This position is largely focused on caring for the youngest child, who is currently 9 months old, while also supporting the two older children before and after school. The role is practical and varied, combining childcare, routine support, and light household assistance.
Key Duties
- Provide full daytime care for the 9-month-old, including age-appropriate play, outings, and social interaction
- Take the youngest child to extracurricular activities and other outings
- Prepare healthy meals at home
- Manage laundry and keep shared areas tidy
- Support homework routines for the eldest child
- Promote independence, free play, and calm, consistent boundaries for all three children

Requirements
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid National Police Check
- At least 3 years of experience working with children
