Role overview

We are looking for a Supervisor to join the restaurant team in Whitstable. In this role, you will partner with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver an excellent customer experience, support the safe day-to-day running of the business, and maintain high standards so every shift operates smoothly. This position also offers scope to grow your career with guidance and support along the way.

Compensation

Pay starts at £12.92 per hour, with tronc and additional benefits.

Key duties

  • Lead shifts with confidence and keep the full restaurant operation running effectively across front of house and back of house
  • Coach the shift team to deliver the brand’s customer service standards and ensure guests enjoy a consistently great experience
  • Guide the front of house team in creating positive moments for customers
  • Share your enthusiasm for food and help ensure every dish sent out during your shift meets the expected standard
  • Keep the restaurant looking great and make sure processes, policies, and guidelines are followed
  • Work closely with the wider team to provide excellent service and take pride in the experience delivered to guests
