Job description

Company Overview

Kinergy Corporation Limited has been building contract-manufactured high-tech capital equipment solutions since 1988. Its work spans complete turnkey offerings and highly integrated assemblies, including structures, automation, and subsystem components customized to customer needs. By combining deep technical know-how with supply chain innovation and global product management capability, the company supports clients in improving product performance, shortening time-to-market, and controlling costs more effectively.

While clients concentrate on innovation and expansion, Kinergy manages manufacturing execution so their products are delivered efficiently and competitively.

Role Summary

This on-site, full-time position in Singapore is for a Supply Chain Analyst who will handle demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply chain performance analysis, and execution of supply chain strategies. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting timely deliveries, and identifying practical improvements that strengthen overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes leadership support for quotations, quotation analysis and consolidation, and commodity classification. It also covers cBOM administration and management of purchasing parameters.

You will lead cross-functional teams in planning and delivering supply chain initiatives, including reducing lead times, improving payment and delivery terms, and supporting contractual agreements related to SMI, VMI, and JIT arrangements.

Another part of the role is to manage cost-saving and redesign programs, including alternate sourcing, value analysis/value engineering (VAVE), price benchmarking, and account-level savings initiatives.

The position requires regular coordination with customers on project milestones and supply chain initiatives, as well as overseeing ECN implementation, tracking, and execution.

Requirements

A diploma in Engineering or Business Administration is required, and candidates with an engineering educational background will have an added advantage.

You should bring 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Experience in an EMS environment and the ability to join within a short notice period will be considered beneficial.
