  • Work closely with production, operations, quality, and other teams to keep workflows running smoothly.
  • Design, refine, and maintain supply chain systems, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Study market movements and supply-side risks, then develop practical response plans.
  • Guide, manage, and develop the supply chain team.
  • Support digital supply chain initiatives and the use of ERP systems.
  • Handle other related responsibilities assigned by the company.

What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to independently lead projects and deliver results.
  • Comfort using office productivity tools and ERP platforms.

Preferred Experience
