About the role
MICRO-NX Co., Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Director to oversee the organization’s end-to-end supply chain function. This position focuses on shaping supply chain direction, coordinating procurement and logistics, managing supplier relationships, controlling inventory and costs, and improving processes so operations stay efficient, stable, and ready to support business expansion.
Background in medical manufacturing, medical devices, precision manufacturing, or similar industries is considered an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations and long-term planning of the supply chain department.
- Design and refine supply chain strategies that raise overall operating efficiency.
- Build, assess, and manage global supplier networks to secure a dependable supply base.
- Oversee coordination across procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics.
- Reduce supply chain expenses while improving delivery performance and supply reliability.
- Create supply plans aligned to business requirements and ensure successful execution.
- Track market shifts and supply-related risks, then update strategies as needed.
- Work closely with production, procurement, quality, and operations teams to keep workflows aligned.
- Develop stronger supply chain procedures, standards, and systems.
- Guide, coach, and develop the supply chain team.
- Handle other supply chain-related duties assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles.
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
- Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and supplier management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion independently.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and ERP platforms.
Preferred background
- Exposure to international supply chain management or coordination with global suppliers.
- Experience leading supply chain improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Familiarity with ERP tools and broader supply chain management software.
- Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
- Experience working across departments and leading projects.
- Ability to stay effective in a fast-moving environment.
