We are looking for a detail-focused and well-organized Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to help keep goods, materials, and information moving smoothly through the supply chain. This position supports logistics execution, shipment monitoring, inventory record upkeep, and on-time delivery coordination.

The selected person will partner with suppliers, vendors, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure day-to-day supply chain activities run efficiently from start to finish. Success in this role depends on strong coordination, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle several operational priorities in a busy environment.

What you'll do

  • Oversee routine logistics tasks such as shipping, receiving, and distribution.
  • Follow shipment movement closely, confirm timely arrivals, and handle delays or exceptions.
  • Keep inventory, order, delivery, and logistics records accurate and up to date.
  • Work with suppliers, freight partners, carriers, and internal teams to maintain smooth communication.
  • Support procurement coordination and order handling activities.
  • Assist with warehouse operations and inventory control work.
  • Compile logistics reports, operational summaries, and performance updates.
  • Spot supply chain gaps or process issues and help resolve them.
  • Make sure shipping activity follows regulations, company procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Help schedule transportation and, where relevant, improve delivery routing.
  • Track supply chain performance measures and contribute to improvement efforts.
  • Maintain logistics databases, tracking tools, and documentation with accuracy.
  • Support cost-saving and efficiency initiatives in logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams so supply chain work aligns with business goals.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar discipline.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain workflows, logistics execution, and inventory control.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Excel and basic data handling tools.
  • Exposure to ERP or logistics software is a plus.
  • Strong planning and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Clear communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Capability to manage urgent tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A dependable, professional, and accountable work style.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing supply chain environment.
