Job description
Role overview
This is a full-time position based in Denton, TX at a growing production site. The coordinator will support day-to-day supply chain activity, keep inventory records accurate, align shipping and delivery timing, and serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders.
What you will do
- Coordinate the movement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment through purchase orders and transfer orders across carriers, vendors, production sites, distribution centers, third-party logistics providers, and cold storage facilities.
- Track inventory levels, manage product allocation, and help prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Handle questions and updates from multiple supply chain locations, including internal warehousing, production, cold storage, third-party manufacturing, and RJW, while supporting supply continuity, product quality, and cost control.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and support corrective actions that improve service performance and supply chain efficiency.
- Refine logistics workflows and cost practices, and make sure ERP records are accurate for item quantities and arrival dates.
- Monitor third-party performance measures and contribute to improvements that strengthen customer satisfaction.
Experience and education
A background of 2+ years in supply chain or logistics is preferred. A college degree in supply chain, logistics, supply chain management, or engineering is preferred.

Compensation
Pay starts at $25+ per hour, depending on experience.
