Role Overview
This opportunity is for seasoned professionals in supply chain and manufacturing who want to contribute their practical expertise to a leading AI lab. The work focuses on improving generative AI for enterprise operations by creating training data, building challenging domain-specific tasks, and assessing AI outputs for quality and business usefulness.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Share hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to support AI research work.
- Create realistic, advanced scenario-based tasks tied to domain-specific business problems.
- Help establish and uphold strong annotation guidelines and quality standards.
- Check AI-generated responses for correctness, relevance, and alignment with real business needs.
- Work alongside other subject matter experts to maintain consistency and high-quality outputs.
Experience & Qualification Criteria
Candidates should bring at least 8 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing operations, logistics, or operations management. A career path showing steady progression, such as analyst to manager to director, is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also important, along with the ability to dedicate 20 or more hours each week.
Background Preferences
Experience from major global organizations such as Amazon, Apple, Boeing, Tesla, Caterpillar, Procter & Gamble, Walmart, Unilever, GE, Deere & Company, Pfizer, or similarly large enterprises is considered relevant.
Compensation & Engagement
The pay range for this role is $80 to $110 per hour. The position is remote within the United States and is offered as W-2 employment through Cincinnatus LLC. The commitment required is 20+ hours per week.
