Job description
Role Overview
Thrive Therapies Group is a technology-enabled pediatric healthcare organization focused on improving support for children with disabilities and students facing barriers to access. The company works with historically under-resourced, neurodiverse K-12 communities and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help shape and scale its recruiting engine.
This is a high-impact opportunity to build and lead recruiting operations inside a fast-growing organization that is expanding school-based pediatric care and special education services.
Work Setup and Start
This position is remote, with travel expected to high-priority hiring markets during peak recruiting periods. It is a full-time W-2 role, and the start is immediate.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $92,000 on a W-2 basis, with full benefits. Benefits include employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan with company match.
Position Summary
The company operates in a highly competitive hiring environment across school-based pediatric healthcare and special education. In this role, you will lead a mixed team of W-2 clinical recruiters and 1099 contract recruiters who collectively support hiring for 200 to 300+ positions each year across multiple states, often in hard-to-fill disciplines.
You will be accountable for the recruiting system as a whole, including strategy, processes, metrics, training, and team performance. The role reports with visibility to Executive Leadership and is best suited to someone who enjoys building structure in an evolving environment, coaching teams to results, and treating recruiting as a blend of sales, relationship management, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee team leadership, high-volume recruiting operations, and data-driven performance management. The role also includes candidate closing, recruitment marketing, market-specific sourcing, and maintaining a warm candidate journey from offer through start date.
Additional Information
The role offers direct access to executive leadership and involves building a recruiting function that supports strong retention and placement quality. Travel is part of the job during critical hiring windows, especially when on-the-ground presence is needed for sourcing, career fairs, and partnership-building.
Equal Opportunity
Thrive Therapies Group states that it is an equal opportunity employer.
Application Note
The company indicates that it responds to every application within 24 hours.
