Role overview
PACE Staffing Alternatives is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting efforts for a range of roles, from individual contributor positions through executive leadership. This onsite opportunity is based in Greater St. Louis and focuses on end-to-end talent acquisition, candidate experience, and support for onboarding and related HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with company leaders and hiring managers to shape and improve job descriptions and hiring profiles so they match business needs.
- Write compelling job ads and recruitment communications designed to draw strong candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Handle the complete recruitment process for different types of positions, including executive-level searches.
- Develop and sustain a high-quality candidate pipeline using both conventional and creative sourcing approaches.
- Act as the main contact for applicants and ensure they have a professional, positive experience throughout hiring.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, capabilities, and fit with the organization.
- Share shortlisted candidates and hiring recommendations with hiring managers.
- Draft and issue job offers in line with compensation policies and hiring guidelines.
- Use ATS, HRIS systems, and recruiting tools to coordinate hiring tasks and keep records accurate.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation activities so new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
- Contribute to recruiting projects, process enhancements, and other HR assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including hiring for professional, leadership, and executive roles.
- Ability to juggle several searches at the same time across different functions and seniority levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Well-developed organizational ability, excellent attention to detail, and comfort handling shifting priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and other recruiting technologies.
- A strong focus on candidate experience and confidentiality during the entire hiring process.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software.
