About Rockstone Engineering
Rockstone Engineering works with pharmaceutical and biotechnology organisations to provide automation, digitalisation, and project management support across the life sciences sector. The company is a dependable delivery partner to life sciences manufacturers throughout Europe, blending strong technical capability with a people-focused way of working. With offices in Ireland and Switzerland, the team contributes to engineering and manufacturing projects in highly regulated environments.
Role Overview
Rockstone Engineering is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help strengthen the talent networks that support its clients, projects, and ongoing expansion across Ireland and Europe. This is a key opportunity to contribute to hiring efforts in a business that is growing and operating internationally.
Working Location and Contract
The position is based in Monaghan, Ireland, with an office-based / hybrid setup. Regular attendance at the Monaghan office is required. The assignment is offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract and supports clients and projects across Ireland and Europe.
What You Will Do
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Connect with professionals in engineering and life sciences.
- Support recruitment requirements across several client projects.
- Develop lasting relationships with candidates over time.
- Build industry contacts and professional networks.
- Contribute to the continued growth of Rockstone Engineering.
Who This Role Suits
This opportunity will appeal to someone who enjoys relationship-building, networking, and working with people from varied backgrounds. Recruitment experience is helpful, but the company is also open to candidates from sales, business development, customer-facing positions, engineering, manufacturing, life sciences, or other relationship-led environments.
Eligibility
Applicants must already be based in Ireland or have a clear, independent plan to relocate. Because regular collaboration from the Monaghan office is an important part of the role, candidates should be able to attend on-site as required. All applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland, as visa sponsorship is not available.
What’s on Offer
- Competitive salary with a performance-based commission plan.
- Private health insurance.
- Employer pension contribution.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Professional development opportunities.
- Exposure to international client projects.
- Interaction with clients and colleagues across Ireland, Switzerland, and wider Europe.
- An opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within an established and expanding company.
Additional Information
The company is looking for someone who is proactive, personable, and comfortable working closely with others. The role offers a chance to create real impact, collaborate with experienced professionals, and support projects that contribute to the future of pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing. Rockstone Engineering also notes that the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing will be shaped by technology and delivered by people.
