About Re:Build Manufacturing

Re:Build Manufacturing is focused on strengthening manufacturing in the United States by creating durable, meaningful jobs in communities that have experienced industrial decline over the last two to three decades. The company combines technology, systems, strong financial backing, and proven management practices to compete successfully in the global manufacturing market. It is not a private equity firm and does not acquire businesses for resale. Instead, it is committed to long-term impact in the manufacturing economy and the communities it serves, with a strong belief that employee growth drives lasting competitive advantage.

Role Overview

The Talent Partner will support hiring efforts across multiple companies and teams, managing a varied requisition portfolio while delivering a strong service experience to both internal stakeholders and external candidates. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of outcomes, and is motivated to improve how talent is attracted, engaged, and hired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a compelling talent acquisition approach and proactively identify candidates to keep pace with hiring demand.
  • Own the hiring journey from sourcing and application review through phone screening, offer creation, and onboarding support.
  • Coordinate interview processes for assigned requisitions, including interview planning, preparation materials, and feedback discussions with interviewers.
  • Use a variety of sourcing channels for each role, such as job advertising, direct outreach, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Support the adoption of emerging AI tools within talent acquisition.
  • Develop strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience throughout the interview process.
  • Track recruiting trends and modern hiring practices, and share guidance with hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Work closely with peers, business leaders, and HR partners to maintain a consistent and excellent candidate experience.
  • Assist with recruiting process improvements and other continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Take part in cross-functional projects that support the growth of the organization, its culture, and internal capabilities.
  • Help shape and coordinate a broader talent acquisition and recruiting strategy.
  • Support the planning and coordination of career fairs, conferences, internship programs, and apprentice programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent mix of education and experience, is required; a background in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing capability, with LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency expected.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with hiring managers in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Greenhouse is considered an advantage.

Perks and Benefits

  • Employee ownership and participation in the financial success of the business at all levels.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company shaping the future of U.S. manufacturing.
  • Autonomy and the chance to help build and scale a fast-growing organization.
