As a Team Leader, you will set the pace for the shift by supporting the team, ensuring everyone has what they need, and helping operations run smoothly. You’ll also uphold strong standards and make sure guests leave satisfied.

Compensation and rewards

This position pays £13.00 per hour, plus tips and a pension contribution.

Key duties

• Create a welcoming and memorable guest experience every time.
• Step in for the management team and handle issues when they are unavailable.
• Coordinate the team during busy periods so the shift stays organised and efficient.
• Keep the bar safe, compliant, and clean, and address any problems quickly and carefully.
