Team Manager

About the role

Louis Vuitton is hiring a client-focused Team Manager for its Toronto, Ontario location. In this position, you will partner with the Store Manager to take ownership of both business results and team performance, helping drive strong outcomes across the store.

This role calls for a commercially aware professional who understands luxury retail and the local market, preferably with experience in the retail sector. You should bring strong people leadership capabilities and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Because the environment is fast-moving, you’ll need to be adaptable, comfortable with change, and able to perform well in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Guide, support, and develop the team to deliver excellent performance and service.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Lead selling activity on the floor and help set the pace for the store.
• Oversee store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
• Coach team members regularly and identify individual as well as group development needs.
• Prepare and implement action plans to strengthen sales results and product performance.
• Use clienteling, visual merchandising, training, and team engagement to improve store results.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Background in retail, ideally within the luxury sector and with knowledge of local market dynamics.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on business performance and client satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service orientation and a drive to consistently exceed expectations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Capability to coach, train, and develop people to meet store and individual goals.

Additional information

The selected candidate will receive a base salary in the range of CAD 95,000 to CAD 105,000 annually, along with eligibility for the Retail Bonus program.
