Role overview

This position is part of a manufacturing operation in Satyavedu, Andhra Pradesh, where the selected person will independently run and look after at least one process, machine, or system. The role follows autonomous maintenance practices and calls for technical capability to help improve line or system efficiency in line with business requirements.

Contribution to the business

With guidance and coaching, you will help keep production running by operating and maintaining equipment while supporting safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale objectives. You will carry out standard work on the assigned equipment using autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance methods, ensure safety procedures are followed, support quality checks, and identify and report losses in your area and equipment.

Key work expectations

This role is focused on handling advanced machinery, keeping it operating smoothly, and maintaining strong performance standards. The position is based on a 3-shift rotation, including night shifts. Travel demands are minimal to none.

Qualifications and profile

Candidates should be able to read and write and communicate fluently in the language used at the site. The role also requires the ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds in a collaborative environment. Prior exposure to operating machines with support, and familiarity with safety and quality standards for machine operation, will be useful.

Education and eligibility

Applicants with 10th and 12th pass qualifications in the first attempt, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation are eligible to apply. Candidates holding B.E./B.Tech or postgraduate qualifications are not eligible for this opening.

Work schedule

The job follows a 3-shift pattern, which includes night duty.
