Role Overview

CLEAR is hiring a Tech Recruiter to support growth across engineering, product, design, and security hiring. In this role, you will work closely with technical leaders and HR partners to shape hiring strategy, find exceptional candidates, and deliver a smooth recruiting experience for highly specialized positions.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with HR business partners and hiring leaders to clarify role needs and connect each hire to broader product and business goals.
  • Use market knowledge, business understanding, and recruiting data to help managers make strong hiring decisions.
  • Search for and engage passive talent in niche markets, especially for difficult-to-fill technical roles.
  • Represent both candidate and business interests to reach thoughtful, mutually beneficial hiring outcomes.
  • Share recruiting insights and best practices to improve hiring processes and strengthen CLEAR’s employer brand.

How Success Will Be Evaluated

  • Quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience results.
  • Time-to-fill performance and offer acceptance rate.
  • Strength of partnerships across the organization.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments, including hiring for specialized engineering, product, and security positions.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall, Gem, and similar recruiting platforms.
  • A metrics-oriented approach, with comfort using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • A proactive, action-focused mindset and the ability to work well through ambiguity.
  • A strong focus on delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Reward Package

This role offers a total compensation range of $140,000 to $170,000, depending on skills and experience. The package includes base pay, annual bonus incentive, and a new-hire equity grant in restricted stock units. The position is also eligible for refresh equity grants as part of CLEAR’s ongoing compensation program.

Compensation Notes

The salary band shown reflects the base salary range for this position and may vary based on location, education, skills, experience, and performance. The overall compensation package may also include annual bonuses, commission, and restricted stock units. Stock-based compensation is subject to the terms of the applicable agreements.
