Where you'll work
Job description
Role overview
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations. The Technical Product Manager will steer product changes and new capabilities across finera’s internal platforms, while also supporting the growth of its B2B SaaS offering. You will convert business needs into clear technical deliverables, keep development work moving through sprint cycles, and ensure every release meets the agreed acceptance standards.
Success in this position depends on strong technical understanding, disciplined product execution, and the ability to work closely with Payments, Finance, Tech OPS, and Engineering in a fast-paced payments environment.
What you'll do
- Turn business needs into technical product documentation and product requirement briefs for updates and new functionality across internal systems.
- Own and maintain the delivery backlog, and work with Engineering on sprint planning, timelines, and release coordination.
- Support the implementation of the orchestration platform from specification stage through to delivery.
- Check completed work against acceptance criteria and assist with user acceptance testing across the payment gateway, statement system, and operational tools.
- Work with Payments, Finance, and Tech OPS stakeholders to make sure system changes preserve data accuracy and operational continuity.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in technical product management or product ownership within payments, fintech, or iGaming.
- Background in payment processing, acquiring, or payment orchestration platforms.
- Solid technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation, understand system architecture, and collaborate deeply with engineers.
- Hands-on experience creating PRDs and managing backlogs in Jira or similar tools.
- Experience working through agile delivery cycles, including sprint planning, UAT, and release management.
- Strong use of AI tools in day-to-day work to improve speed, quality, and innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect business and technical teams.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation package based on experience and market benchmarks.
- Medical insurance from the first day of employment.
- Training resources and development opportunities to support career growth.
- A well-stocked office with snacks, drinks, and refreshments available every day.
- Opportunity to work in a multinational company with a collaborative culture.
- Regular team-building activities and company events.
- Employee Recognition Program with Employee of the Month rewards.
