Role Overview

This position is for a Technical Recruiter focused on talent acquisition for a full-time, onsite role in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. The role centers on finding, evaluating, and engaging strong technical candidates while supporting hiring objectives and maintaining a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Use multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networking to source qualified technical candidates.
• Review resumes, carry out first-round screenings, and evaluate applicants’ technical backgrounds and overall suitability.
• Conduct detailed technical interviews and assessments to judge skills and role fit.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure applicants have a positive experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Create and implement hiring approaches that support recruitment targets and timeline requirements.
• Follow applicable employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies during the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, share progress updates with stakeholders, and help improve hiring processes over time.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting is required.
• The role must be performed onsite at the Oakville office.
• Working hours are from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
