Job Overview

Sutherland is looking for experienced candidates for an international voice process role focused on technical customer support. Applicants should have at least 6 months of experience in international voice handling, especially in technical support voice environments. This opportunity is for immediate joiners who can be available by April.

Role Expectations

• Handle customer interactions in an international voice process with a technical support focus.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English.
• Use strong listening and problem-solving skills to support customer needs.
• Work in rotational night shifts as part of a 5-day work week.
• Be ready to join immediately.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should be experienced in international voice or technical support voice processes. Strong spoken and written English is essential, along with the ability to communicate ideas clearly. Candidates should be enthusiastic, curious, and customer-service oriented.

Working Conditions

This is a work-from-office role. The office is located at Sutherland, A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station. Two-way cab support is available within a 25 km radius of the office, depending on shift timing.
