About the role

This opportunity sits within Deloitte’s Digital Excellence Centre, a group focused on creating products and platforms for Deloitte India with design thinking and advanced technology at the core. The team brings together subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, UX researchers and designers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver strong customer experiences.

As a Senior Executive in this team, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to build trusted relationships and contribute to work that supports meaningful outcomes.

What you will do

  • Research, collaborate, and develop clear, high-quality product documentation.
  • Review technical material to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Create documentation such as user guides, customer-facing presentations, white papers, case studies, and related content.
  • Take part in sprint activities and agile delivery cycles.
  • Work independently when needed and also contribute effectively in team settings.
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the product design and development lifecycle to shape content.
  • Build standardized content across platforms so messaging stays consistent.

What you need

  • 2–3 years of experience in technical writing.
  • A strong understanding of product documentation from the user’s perspective.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, along with knowledge of authoring tools and content management systems.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical product information by using existing material, speaking with SMEs, and conducting research.
  • Capability to carry out detailed technical and business research on complex topics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas in simple language.

Preferred background

  • Graduation is required.
  • A literature background is preferred.

Work location and style

The base location is Bangalore. The role does not require extensive travel. Hybrid working is the default approach, with each domain adapting the model to its own needs.
