Role Summary

The QA Technician is expected to follow current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements and help ensure they are consistently maintained. The role also involves coordinating with the batch review team by handling batch file movement, tracking updates, and related documentation control activities.

Key Duties

• Receive manufacturing records from all Julphar locations.
• Collect packaging documentation from the Physical Lab.
• Enter batch information into the release tracking system.
• Work with Quality Control to obtain the Certificate of Analysis before release.
• Compile manufacturing and packaging records for batch processing.
• Hand over batch files for archiving once release is completed.
• Take on additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Batch Release Manager.

Qualifications and Functional Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP is required.
• Strong command of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to work professionally and maintain discipline while dealing with different stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of reporting processes and document retention practices.
• Total professional experience of 3 years.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
