Job Overview

The company is hiring energetic Telecallers in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh for a full-time, on-site role. Both freshers and candidates with prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective students and their parents through outbound calls.
Present information about overseas study options, university courses, and consultancy support.
Assess student needs and share the most relevant guidance.
Identify and qualify leads for the counselling team.
Arrange counselling appointments and manage follow-up communication.
Keep student interaction records updated in CRM or Excel.
Respond to basic questions about admissions and the study-abroad process.
Develop and preserve positive relationships with students and parents.
Work closely with counsellors and admissions staff to ensure a smooth experience for students.

Skills Required

Strong verbal communication in Telugu.
Confidence in explaining information clearly.
Good listening and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility

Fresh graduates with any bachelor's degree and strong communication skills can apply. Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, student counselling, sales, educational consultancy, or similar roles are also welcome.
