It employs over 28,000 people, serves up to 20 million customers, and runs through 1,000 branches and service points supported by an ATM network of 4,300 machines.

The bank has consistently held strong credit ratings from major agencies such as Standard & Poor’s (A), Moody’s (Aa3), and Fitch (A+). It has also received multiple awards from respected international financial publications. Supported by steady financial performance and wider international growth, QNB is recognized by Brand Finance Magazine as the most valuable banking brand in the Middle East and Africa. The group also runs community support initiatives and sponsors a range of social, educational, and sporting activities.
