Associated Power Structures Private Limited (APS) is a Vadodara-based engineering and EPC organization founded in 1996. The company works on the design, fabrication, and execution of galvanized towers and structural systems for power transmission, telecom networks, wind energy, solar mounting, railway applications, metal beam crash barriers, and cable tray installations. Its project support covers the full cycle from site surveys and sourcing of raw materials to installation and testing.

Role Overview

This role is intended for a Tender Engineer who will support the team in tender tracking, documentation, data collation, and bid preparation activities. The position is suitable for a fresher with strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect tender notices and documents from client portals as well as government websites, then arrange them in an organized manner.
• Keep a systematic archive of tender files and submission-related records for easy reference.
• Help senior team members review tender papers and prepare brief summaries and checklists.
• Gather vendor quotations, raw material pricing, and logistics details whenever required.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Engineering, and Procurement to obtain necessary inputs.
• Assist in compiling bid submission packets while working under senior guidance.
• Monitor tender timelines closely and issue reminders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Update MIS reports and support sharing of bid opening outcomes with management.

Candidate Profile

The company is looking for a recent engineering graduate, preferably from Electrical, Mechanical, or a related branch, ideally from the 2024 or 2025 batch. Prior work experience is not mandatory. Exposure to EPC or the power sector through an internship will be considered an added advantage. The candidate should be comfortable using MS Word and MS Excel, possess basic documentation and data-entry ability, and communicate well in English. Knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati will be helpful. A well-organized, punctual, and adaptable attitude is expected in a fast-moving work environment.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Vadodara, India. The listed compensation is INR 2,50,000 to INR 4,50,000 per year. No vacancy count, joining date, or application deadline was specified.
