  • Employ computers and tablets for data collection, recording, and system updates.
  • Support the generation of performance reports and indicators through the system.
  • Ensure Taskify records precisely represent the actual status of completed activities.
  • Record mobilized manpower by discipline and consolidate consumed Man-Hours (MH).
  • Monitor crew productivity performance and identify deviations.
  • Report productivity variances to the Project Controls Team.
  • Assist in preparing assembly performance reports.
  • When necessary, oversee activities at the Gretha Flotel Pipe Shop, including small spool fabrication, support for fabrication and modifications, field modifications, minor structural modifications, and fabrication of supplementary items to maintain assembly progress.
  • Report progress and any encountered constraints from the Pipe Shop to the Project Controls Team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess a Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Shipbuilding, or a comparable discipline.
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in progress measurement, production control, assembly monitoring, or field planning.
  • Demonstrate experience in industrial, offshore, oil and gas, shipbuilding, or industrial maintenance projects.

  • Proficiency in using computers and tablets in an operational setting.
  • Familiarity with digital management and activity tracking systems.
  • Willingness to undergo training and actively use the Taskify system for Job Card management and activity tracking.
