The Tour Guide role is part of the Operations department and is based in Kerala, India. The position is focused on helping travelers enjoy a smooth, engaging, and well-managed experience throughout their visit.

Scope of work

This role involves accompanying tourists, assisting them with their plans, helping them reach their intended destinations, and ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience.

Requirements

• You should be ready to assist wherever needed and support travelers throughout the journey.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make practical decisions when situations call for it are important.
• A genuine willingness to pick up new knowledge and adapt quickly is expected.
• Strong command of English, Hindi, and Malayalam is required.
• You must not consume alcohol or smoke while on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear and informative guidance on the history, culture, landmarks, and attractions of each destination.
• Respond to tourist questions in a friendly, accurate, and engaging manner.
• Share useful local insights about customs, traditions, and regional cuisine.
• Plan and follow itineraries that match the travelers’ interests and timing.
• Coordinate with transport, stay, and activity partners to keep logistics running smoothly.
