The training covers market awareness, candidate search methods, business development, client relationship management, and negotiation techniques so you can develop the capabilities needed to thrive in recruitment.

What the role involves

• Overseeing the recruitment delivery process from end to end
• Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
• Identifying and sourcing high-calibre, specialist talent within the technology market
