This trainee role is designed to give you a strong start in recruitment with a structured learning path and the support needed to build a successful long-term career.

From the first day, you will be guided through onboarding, practical coaching, and ongoing development. The training covers market awareness, candidate search methods, business development, client relationship management, and negotiation techniques so you can develop the capabilities needed to thrive in recruitment.

The business operates from three offices worldwide and focuses on specialist niche markets within specific verticals. This specialist model helps the team support growing clients with high-quality candidates. Whitehall is also recognised as one of the largest IT staffing firms across the UK and Europe.

What the role involves

  • Overseeing the recruitment delivery process from end to end
  • Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
  • Identifying and sourcing high-calibre, specialist talent within the technology market
