Role overview
The Training Consulting function sits within Professional Services and supports customers through training engagements. In this role, you will deliver instructor-led enablement that helps customers and partners build confidence, work more independently, and gain value from the platform. You will lead both foundational and use-case-based training to deepen product understanding and expand platform usage.
Key responsibilities
You will run training in several formats, including live virtual sessions, onsite workshops, and recorded or asynchronous sessions. You will adapt learning content to match customer needs, data sets, and skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced. You will also customize training for specific use cases, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain and improve training documentation, and develop strong expertise across Contentsquare’s product suite so customers see you as a product specialist.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of experience in training consultancy, preferably within a SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech environment. You should have strong presentation, communication, and instructional design capabilities, along with the ability to learn analytics technology quickly and teach it effectively to others. Experience working within defined training scope agreements, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and success in a global cross-functional team setting are important. A proactive, adaptable attitude and strong follow-through are also expected. Experience in SaaS training consulting is a plus.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000.
