Role Overview

This full-time Tutor position is based in Singapore and includes some flexibility for remote work. The role centers on creating individualized learning plans, leading engaging lessons, tracking student performance, and offering focused academic guidance. The tutor will also help students prepare for admissions tests and provide mentorship that builds confidence, independence, and motivation.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of core subjects such as Math, Science, English, or similar academic areas.
• Mandarin language ability is an advantage.
• Strong communication and people skills for working effectively with students and families.
• Ability to adjust teaching methods and design customized learning approaches.
• Good planning and organizational ability to monitor progress and manage schedules.
• Genuine interest in teaching and mentoring, with the ability to encourage and inspire learners.
• A relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore admissions exams and curriculum expectations is beneficial.
