Job description
Role Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced UI Technical Lead / Architect to drive the design and development of modern cross-platform user interfaces. The role is based in Kolkata, India.
Key Experience and Technical Expectations
- Bring at least 10 years of overall experience in UI development, including a minimum of 4 years focused on Flutter and hybrid application development.
- Work with Flutter and Dart to build scalable cross-platform UI solutions.
- Design and guide UI architecture for mobile and web experiences.
- Apply advanced state-management approaches such as BLoC, Riverpod, and Redux.
- Understand Flutter widget behavior, lifecycle handling, and animation patterns.
- Improve performance for hybrid applications and ensure strong compatibility for Flutter on web.
- Use RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and JSON-driven data flows in UI implementation.
- Collaborate with native mobile environments such as Swift and Kotlin when needed.
- Consider PWA approaches and WebAssembly where relevant to the solution design.
- Prior exposure to banking or financial application development will be an added advantage.
