Role overview

We are looking for a inventive, user-first UI/UX Designer to craft clear, attractive, and easy-to-use digital experiences for web and mobile products. The role focuses on turning user needs and business goals into practical design solutions that improve satisfaction and product results.

You will partner with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders across the full design lifecycle. This includes research, concept development, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing, and implementation support.

What you will do

  • Study users and gather insights through research and analysis.
  • Build user personas and map journeys and flows.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Develop polished interface designs for digital products and services.
  • Help maintain design systems, style guidelines, and consistent patterns across products.
  • Keep usability, accessibility, and user-centered design at the center of your work.
  • Review user feedback and behavior to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with development teams to make sure designs are implemented accurately and to a high standard.
  • Contribute to product strategy discussions and present design ideas to stakeholders when needed.
  • Test design concepts with users and refine them based on findings.
  • Stay current with new design tools, trends, and technologies.

Skills and qualifications

  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, approaches, and industry practices.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and experience evaluation.
  • Hands-on ability with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Background in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of responsive and cross-platform design.
  • Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design methods.
  • Ability to convert business needs and user expectations into effective design outcomes.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can explain design choices clearly in English.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing several priorities at once.
  • Organized, adaptable, and eager to keep learning in a fast-moving environment.
