Role overview
We are looking for a creative, meticulous, and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can craft digital experiences that feel intuitive, engaging, and visually polished. This position is centered on shaping how people use web and mobile products by turning ideas and requirements into practical, clear, and attractive design solutions.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to understand user expectations, business goals, and technical limits. Your output will span user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs aimed at improving usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction.
The role calls for strong design thinking, sound problem-solving ability, and a solid grasp of user-centered design principles. You will be involved throughout the design lifecycle, from early concept exploration and user research through usability testing and iterative refinements.
To succeed here, you should be inventive, detail-driven, and able to align user needs with business outcomes and technical feasibility. Comfort in a collaborative environment and the ability to use feedback and data to improve designs are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Create interface designs for web, mobile, and other digital experiences.
- Build user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished mockups for implementation and review.
- Design interaction patterns that make products easier to use and more engaging.
- Carry out user research, usability checks, and design validation activities.
- Structure information and navigation so users can find what they need quickly.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers across the design process.
- Keep design systems, components, and visual standards consistent across products.
- Follow accessibility and responsive design best practices in all outputs.
- Communicate concepts, reasoning, and proposed solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, style guides, and shared UI asset libraries.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and human-centered design methods.
- Ability to develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual concepts.
- Understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- High attention to detail and consistency in design execution.
- Working knowledge of usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
- Ability to turn user needs and business requirements into effective design outcomes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in English.
- Ability to handle several design tasks at once and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience using design tools and collaborative design workflows.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and continuous design improvement.
