Role overview
This full-time recruiting position focuses on supporting high-volume hiring for light industrial and manufacturing roles across the United States. The job is based in Coimbatore, with work locations mentioned for Coimbatore, Chennai, and Tirunelveli. Compensation is offered at competitive industry-aligned levels.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT industrial positions.
- Identify and attract candidates for manufacturing, production, warehouse, chemical, pharma, quality control, technician, operator, and maintenance roles.
- Use major hiring platforms and internal talent databases to build candidate pipelines.
- Run active sourcing efforts using Boolean search, referrals, cold outreach, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the hiring process.
Required background
- 3 to 5 years of experience in US staffing or recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in light industrial or blue-collar hiring.
- Track record of recruiting for roles such as manufacturing technician, machine operator, warehouse associate, chemical operator, pharma production technician, maintenance technician, and quality control technician.
- Good understanding of US job boards and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working US shift hours.
- Solid negotiation and offer-closing ability.
Preferred exposure
- Prior recruiting experience in pharma, GMP, chemical manufacturing, or FDA-regulated settings.
- Familiarity with hourly hiring, temp-to-perm staffing, and large-scale recruitment.
- Exposure to ATS or HR tools such as SAP, Workday, Bullhorn, or JobDiva.
- Awareness of safety standards, PPE usage, and industrial compliance requirements.
