Role overview
This role is being hired through a partner company that handles the application review and all next steps. The employer is seeking a UX Writer located in Ireland to help shape clear, engaging digital experiences across an expanding product portfolio and multiple markets.
In this role, you will work with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to produce user-focused content that makes complex information easier to understand. You will also have scope to influence product direction, support content systems and AI-related initiatives, and help keep language consistent across many user touchpoints. The environment is remote-first and collaborative, with an emphasis on curiosity, accountability, and experimentation. Key responsibilities
- Write concise, clear, and user-oriented copy that supports smooth experiences across web and mobile products.
- Partner with product design, product, engineering, and business teams throughout the full product development cycle.
- Shape the design process through content strategy, user flows, microcopy, and messaging systems that improve usability and engagement.
- Adjust content for new markets so it remains relevant for different audiences and reflects cultural and language differences.
- Help build and maintain AI-supported content structures, processes, and working practices.
- Contribute to product-level discussions and spot opportunities where content can improve the overall experience.
- Apply research findings, user feedback, analytics, and test outcomes to guide content choices and refine product experiences.
- Drive consistency across products by helping define content standards, guidance, and scalable systems.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates high-quality UX writing, content design, or digital product writing work.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication ability, with skill in turning complex ideas into simple and intuitive user journeys.
- Native-level or near-native English and strong professional German proficiency.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams such as design, product, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organization skills, plus the ability to balance several priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, content design approaches, and how content contributes to user experience.
- Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Experience using AI-powered tools and incorporating AI workflows into content production.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute strategic ideas beyond routine execution.
- Experience working with international teams and across multicultural settings.
- Comfort with tools such as Figma, content management systems, localization tools, and collaborative workflow platforms is an advantage.
- Additional background in content strategy, information architecture, Agile delivery, or UX design is a plus.
