Overview
Jalaran is hiring a UX/UI Designer to craft clear, attractive, and easy-to-use experiences for its CRM platform. The role focuses on improving how people navigate and interact with the product so that it feels both practical and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clean, intuitive interface designs and user flows for both web and mobile products.
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual mockups from user needs and product goals.
- Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to turn design concepts into working solutions.
- Carry out user research and usability testing to uncover insights that inform design improvements.
- Build and keep a design system updated so the product remains visually and functionally consistent across platforms.
- Track current UX/UI patterns and best practices, especially for SaaS and CRM products.
- Refine designs using feedback, usage data, and performance results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working as a UX/UI Designer, ideally on SaaS or other technology-focused products.
- Working knowledge of common design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and outcomes.
- Good understanding of responsive and adaptive interface design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Basic familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar discipline is preferred.
