Overview

Jalaran is hiring a UX/UI Designer to craft clear, attractive, and easy-to-use experiences for its CRM platform. The role focuses on improving how people navigate and interact with the product so that it feels both practical and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Create clean, intuitive interface designs and user flows for both web and mobile products.
Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual mockups from user needs and product goals.
Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to turn design concepts into working solutions.
Carry out user research and usability testing to uncover insights that inform design improvements.
Build and keep a design system updated so the product remains visually and functionally consistent across platforms.
Track current UX/UI patterns and best practices, especially for SaaS and CRM products.
Refine designs using feedback, usage data, and performance results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience working as a UX/UI Designer, ideally on SaaS or other technology-focused products.
Working knowledge of common design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and outcomes.
Good understanding of responsive and adaptive interface design.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Basic familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar discipline is preferred.
