Overview

SP+, part of Metropolis Technologies, uses computer vision and other AI-driven tools to create parking experiences without tickets, kiosks, apps, or cards. Drivers simply enter and exit, while the company operates one of the largest parking networks in the United States, supporting mobility at more than 4,000 sites across North America and Europe.

The business is reimagining parking and broader everyday experiences by making them faster and more convenient, helping give people back time.

Role Summary

Metropolis is seeking dependable overnight valet drivers with a friendly approach and a genuine interest in working with people. This position can be a strong entry point into a career, and you will work alongside experienced team members who are committed to helping others grow.

Responsibilities

  • Carefully inspect each vehicle before parking it and record any relevant observations.
  • Communicate valet pricing clearly to guests.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer questions.
  • Follow traffic rules and practice safe driving at all times.
  • Escalate accidents, safety concerns, unusual incidents, and policy breaches to management.
  • Be familiar with major roads, landmarks, and highways in the area so you can guide customers when needed.
  • Arrive in a clean uniform for every scheduled shift, on time and ready to begin work.
  • Stay in full uniform throughout the shift.
  • Support management with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid state driver’s license, have a current address, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • Comfort driving a manual transmission vehicle is an added advantage.
  • Must be available for special shifts, including second shift, third shift, and weekends if required.
  • Must be able to show legal authorization to work in the United States if hired.
  • Need to communicate accurately with customers and coworkers and handle complaints in a professional manner.
  • Should be able to read and write, and perform basic arithmetic involving U.S. currency.
  • Must be able to understand instructions, short emails, and memos.
  • Should be able to follow verbal and written directions and stay composed when schedules, conditions, or events change unexpectedly.
