About the Role

Starberry is hiring a detail-oriented Video Operations Manager to oversee the flow of work between the studio, the editing team, and the content scheduling process. This is a practical coordination role that depends on strong organisation, precision, and consistent follow-through to keep production moving smoothly. It is not a senior leadership role, but it plays an important part in ensuring day-to-day operations stay on track.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collect raw footage from studio shoots and keep the files organised.
  • Upload materials and route them to the editing team.
  • Set up, assign, and monitor tasks in Monday.com.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with editors through Slack.
  • Track deadlines and make sure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Check edited videos for issues such as captions, cuts, and formatting accuracy.
  • Share revision notes and follow up until the content is ready for internal approval.
  • Prepare finished content for publishing workflows.
  • Upload approved assets into scheduling platforms.
  • Create captions with AI tools and polish them before use.
  • Plan and schedule content up to 3–4 months ahead.
  • Do final quality checks before content goes live.
  • Create and maintain client boards in Monday.com.
  • Keep folders, records, and supporting documentation neatly arranged.
  • Manage contracts and onboarding paperwork.
  • Ensure client information remains current and accurate.
  • Help organise client filming schedules and calendar updates.
  • Assist with planning production timelines and recurring studio cycles.

Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent organisation and time-management ability.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Experience using project management tools; Monday.com is preferred.
  • Comfort working with Slack or similar communication platforms.
  • Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Ability to handle several workflows at once without losing track of priorities.
  • Background in digital marketing or content work will be an advantage.
  • A dependable, structured, and proactive work style.
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Preference for process-oriented work and coordination-heavy tasks.
